Dairy Queen Grill Chill

Bug crawled out of bag. My family and I (there are 10 of us) have been eating at Dairy Queen for many years. The one in Saint Cloud has never been one of the best but we have been going there since they opened because we love Dairy Queen. Today my wifeand I noticed a bug crawl out of the bag. My wife became physically ill. Never going back. Told by customer service the ownerwould email us to make things right. All that I asked for is an apology. Several missed calls, but no emails. Apparently theycannot even get that right. There are plenty of good places in Saint cloud to eat. Just avoid this place at all costs.

My husband has a serious DQ addiction so we?ve stopped in at quite a few. He?s come to this location about six times since August. Their Oreo Blizzards are great because they don?t completely demolish the Oreos (see photo). Our other DQ favoriteshere are their hot fudge sundaes, fish sandwiches, and Peanut Buster Parfait bar. Yes, this location is super busy but today,Friday, at 3:20 pm it actually wasn?t busy. We got in and out quickly. The front was clean and the team was welcoming andprompt.

I like their chicken tender with honey mustard and sweet tea is great. The TOTAL of the 4 piece chicken tender is $10.74 WORTH THE MONEY. And if they got good Wi-Fi I'm updating the review and giving it a five-star

Great customer service. Ordered two triple chocolate Brownie sundaes and a banana split. The bananas were so hard they weren't even edible...which was super disappointing.

This location is always busy. Icecream was good and drive thru moved fast! A bit expensive for just a cone but it was delicious.
