I entered through the drive through at this location today 7/28 at approximately 12:30pm. The male that was on and taking orders at this time couldn?t have been more rude and off putting. I work at the hospital across the street and thought it might be funto do a fun pick-me-up treat for our team. Especially since today is #MiracleTreatDay where $1 from every blizzard sold isdonated to Gillette Children?s. What a fun way to support a place we work so closely with! Upon driving up, I asked and verifiedif they were open as the front doors were closed. Disregarding this place would be a mistake! I live nearby, and for some reason, I often overlook Dairy Queen as my first choice. That used to be the case, anyway. The food is excellent, and there are plenty of options to choose from. And let's not forget the ice cream—it's a major highlight! The restaurant is conveniently located just off Highway 63, north of the I-94 interchange. You might miss it if you don't look around the corner from the Kwik Trip, so be sure to keep an eye out for it. It's definitely worth a visit, especially if you're in the mood for fast food but want something different from the usual suspects. Did I mention the ice cream?

Baldwin, WI - I just want to take a moment to thank the person who made my day yesterday on 9/11. I visited the drive-thru and ordered a Georgia Mud Fudge Blizzard, even though I knew it’s no longer on the menu. My brother took me to this Dairy Queen about 15 years ago and treated me to one of those, and he recently passed away. As I was passing through Baldwin on my way home, I decided to order it anyway. I really appreciate the staff member who knew how to make it and took the time to prepare it for me. It brought back wonderful memories and tasted just like I remembered from 15 years ago. I'm a doordash driver and I was told they do not make orders until doordashers arrive. That is not how doordash works. A customer can not place an order on the doordash app UNLESS there are drivers that can pick them up. Orders are supposed to be completed and ready for pickup or in the process. They had me wait 15 mins and still got the order wrong. does it take that long to fry chicken strips? the manager or lead here took it upon herself to change the way things are done and she's hurting customers and doordash drivers. Went to place an order in drive thru, person on the speaker was acting like they couldn?t hear/understand me. Repeated my question about 3-4 times. Then they said they don?t understand mumbling so when I got closer to speaker and spoke more loud sothey could hear me, the person told me I was being rude. Their attitude from the start was rude and I ended up changing my mindand going down the street to Culver?s. I don?t recommend going here, they are not friendly and clearly hate their job. I work incustomer service and the way they were acting from the start was not acceptable.

This Dairy Queen is just terrible. They’re beyond slow every time I’ve tried to go back and every single time I finally get to the window, my blizzard is liquid, and the employees seem to think that is ok to serve to customers. They don’t want to flip the blizzard because of the appearance, and hand me napkins with it, but don’t remake it? I’m done with this place. Food: 1
