I really cannot recommend this restaurant! The cookie dough in my dessert was spoiled and tasted awful. They mixed cookie dough into a mocha latte, which it definitely shouldn't have had! I'm not sure how this happened, but it was incredibly disappointing. The biggest issue at this location is the consistently poor customer service. The staff is rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. After our experiences, my family and friends have decided not to return. I've tried giving them several chances to improve, but nothing ever changes. This restaurant has extremely poor customer service. I placed an order through DoorDash, and they changed my order to something I’m allergic to without any notification. When I called to address the issue, the staff was rude and unhelpful. When I requested the manager's name, they refused to provide it and then hung up on me. I called back, and they continued to brush off my concerns, claiming they were too busy with other customers to assist me. I reminded them that I was a customer too, having paid for a service that was not provided. Once again, they hung up without sharing the manager's name. It’s clear that the staff here lacks basic customer service skills.

The food at this restaurant is usually quite good. However, I had a significant problem during my most recent visit. I arrived with a gift card, only to be told that it had no balance. After calling to double-check, I discovered the card is actually fully loaded and unused, just as I had indicated. Despite this, the staff insisted that it was empty. It was incredibly frustrating to have my time wasted in this way.

I visited the restaurant to grab some lunch and was welcomed by a friendly and attentive team. I was especially struck by the gentleman at the counter, who noticed my wrist bandage and hospital bracelet. I don’t understand why the napkins are always tucked away whenever I visit. It seems obvious that anyone enjoying ice cream might need one, don’t you think? They keep them behind the kiosk, so I have to ask for them and often receive an unpleasant response. If you’re the owner and struggling financially, maybe it’s time to rethink your business.

I ordered an ice cream cake for a friend, and I was pleasantly surprised when the staff kindly wrote a message on it for free. I truly appreciated their generosity. The burger was tasty, although I was a bit taken aback to find shredded salad in my lettuce-wrapped burger. The fries were decent, but the onion rings were definitely the highlight!

I really love Dairy Queen, but this particular location has the worst quality I've experienced. I purchased a $40 ice cream cake, and it was entirely vanilla—no chocolate whatsoever! I also ordered chicken strips and fries, but I only got 10 fries. What a letdown! I won’t be returning to this location.
