Dairy Queen Grill Chill

They used to be good. Now they are skimping on everything. Everything is smaller with less stuff. I ordered a strawberry sundae and got hardly any topping. It had 4 strawberry slices and no liquid. It was a glob of subpar ice cream with a few strawberry garnishes. This keeps happening with them. The burgers are worse with less on them. And the quality has gone downhill. I can't tell you how often I get their gravy and it's almost a solid.

I see others with negative experiences; what a shame. I have been frequenting this store for several years now in which I typically visit several times a week. My experience is always been positive and the ice cream is fantastic. The staff at the store are always polite, very helpful and smiling. I will say that the prices have increased a couple times but you get what you pay for and I'll keep coming back. Thanks ladies.

Update- drive through not fixed- waited 10 min, #2 can't wait until school starts back -no offense, but too many kids on registers and standing around doing nothing, meanwhile one manager and two grown assistant managers hanging out in the office. Teach these kids what to do and how to process a sales transaction. After a 10 minute wait in drive through, we paid, and waited 10 more minutes. Fast food? Yeah right

Thank you manager TJ for making sure my blizzard was allergen free and coming out to ensure me that they took extra steps to clean the machines. Our food was fresh and service was fast!

Fast service. It’s nice that the drive-thru has two lanes. The food was good and fresh even though we were there later in the evening.
