Dairy Queen Grill Chill

I would not usually review any place or even complain about service. However, after a few recent visits, I feel as if the service, quality of food, and wait time has indeed degraded. I usually take the drive thru route, which I have had waddednapkins handed to me or put in my bag, a white hair in my chicken fingers, and the wait time has been unusually slow. So sorrythat it has gotten to a point where I feel the need to say something but I don't want yall to lose customers. Keep working hardand improving!

Their food is just alright. It?s definitely more of a dessert spot that happens to sell food. Their burgers are dry and bland, but the fries are usually pretty good. The desserts are consistently good, but the other menu items aren?t. Their chickentenders have more batter than chicken and are also dry. Stick to the ice creams and blizzards if you?re going here, and expectcrumbs and sticky tables. They don?t stay on top of cleaning.

It's been a few times now that I order a specific shake at this location and for some reason they end up giving me something completely different than what I ask for. Now what they just gave me right now is in no way close to a shake, it's literallymilk mixed with caramel and a tiny bit of chocolate. Its so watery!! And thats after they changed it from being the wrong shakeagain. Ridiculous and very disappointing!

Good location always fast and great/polite service. One criticism can get a little thrifty on those Blizzard toppings. (C'mon guy, $4+ for a cup of soft serve, at least humor me with a couple of *whole* Reese's Peanut Butter Cups mixed in vs.residual crumbs from the container...

Much better food and service than a couple of months ago. I like to see places make positive changes.
