Dairy Queen Grill Chill

We had some time to stop for ice cream and finally decided to grab lunch, and I'm so glad we did. It was refreshing to see this place under new management with smiling staff. The experience was a world away from our last visit last year. The place was clean, and customers were actually sitting down to eat instead of rushing out with takeout. The presentation of our family's meals was spot on, and they even had one of those automatic beverage machines. Cookie took our order, and a friendly gentleman delivered our dinner to the table. Usually i enjoy coming here for lunch with my military buddies but not today. 25 minute wait for a to-go order. I get home and the flamethrower burger i received was not the one they typically get. It was a regular double cheeseburger with their hot sauce. They didn't even put bacon on it! I spent $8 on a double cheeseburger with hot sauce and fries. Unfortunately i was already home when i discovered this and me driving back to correct this will cost me more in gas money...extremely disappointed. We decided this probably isn't going to be our spot anymore. Look at the pics below...is that what the flamethrower is supposed to look like!

Cookie took our order, and a nice gentleman brought our dinner to our table. I believe the new owner was walking around and ensuring everything was running smoothly. If you haven't checked this place out recently, it’s definitely worth another visit. We will be returning soon! Our order for a family of seven was ready, including lunch and blizzards, in less than 10 minutes.

Longest wait in the drive thru ever. 18 minutes and moved three spots. Just now got to the order speaker. My order better now be melted by the time I get up there! It never was bad until about the last month and now every time I wait forever. I?m just about done coming to this location.

I just stop by here to get snacks every now and then but. They are very low staff so expect to wait longer than average waot time for fast food. And they usually have a long line because most DQs have shut down in the Metro area.

I ordered a half-pound GrillBurger with cheese combo. The fries were lightly salted and deliciously hot. The drive-thru line moved smoothly until the staff had a three-minute conversation with the car in front of me.

I love their blizzards. Curb appeal Could use some improvement The parking lot and needs Serious work, if you order ahead online with the app, you still have to wait in the drive thru. Reserve uma mesa agora

Every time I come, they never serve things from their grill. Why is it called Dairy Queen Grill and Chill if you can all find out how to use the grill?

Hands down the worst Dairy Queen I've been there before. And that's not the first time they gave us soup instead of ice cream.
