Dairy Queen Grill Chill

When DQ is on their game, it's great. Ice cream is always great, but the food has been really hit or miss for me. I used to love going here for a burger but now it seems like a gamble as to if the bun is going to be soaked in grease and falling apart. The amount of grease sometimes on the burger is crazy, I haven't seen anything like it at any of the other fast food restaurants so not sure what it is all about.Chicken and fries are good, I just wish the burgers were more consistent and not dripping in grease causing the buns to turn to mush before you even unwrap the burger.

Cranbrook DQ does not adhere to franchise standards. Every other Dairy Queen I've visited offers at least three times more toppings in their Blizzards, poutines, etc. Additionally, it's a common practice at other locations to flip the Blizzard upside down when handing it over, showcasing the thickness of their ice cream, but they don't do that here. My husband's Blizzard recently was so disappointing—it was 95% ice cream with hardly any mix-ins. Anything you order that includes toppings here comes with less than expected.

My sister and I visited the Cranbrook Dairy Queen this afternoon to pick up an ice cream cake to honor our dad, who had passed away earlier in the morning. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout our experience. They not only prepared the cake quickly but also took the time to write a special message for our dad, as requested by our family. We truly appreciate their kindness in turning our heartbreaking day into something a bit more comforting. Thank you!

The milkshakes are getting too runny, and they don’t flip them, even though there’s a sign in the drive-thru that says they should. To make matters worse, their prices have gone up significantly, just like everything else.

Everything got smaller size smaller ever since they covet epidemic epidemic but other than that if they're not too bad I'm glad they got their eight dollar meals back really enjoyed them

If you don't specifically request a freshly made burger, they'll just heat up an old one in the microwave for you.
