Had lunch on Friday afternoon with a very good friend and a renowned Barolo producer who is a friend of ours. Tuna sashimi with Chardonnay Grand Maitre 2021 by Roman Hermann (Bündner rule) Fit like a glove! Tonnarelli a la cacio e pepe Rosso di Montalcino 2020 from Salvioni An incredible combination at its best. The wines were chosen by the host Daniele! (hit the nail on the head). We ate on a heavenly level. Everything was just right!!! The combination of food/wine, the cuisine itself, but also the service, which remained in the background but was still present at the right moment. We enjoyed a rare lunch. The Barolo producer had no words at first, but then concluded with I 've rarely eaten...

Punta di filetto für CHF 49. : Ziemlich lieblos präsentiert. Vier Filet Spitzen auf Teller mit etwas Teigwaren. Achtung: Der Kellner hielt es nicht für nötig nachzufragen, wie das Filet gebraten werden soll. Geliefert wurde Medium Well bis Well Done. Für diesen Preis ein no go.
