Dear Sushi - Reservar uma mesa

Ambiance is lacking. Now that being said the place was super clean and the food was fantastic. It isn't a sit down your being dined on kind of restaurant. It's a you order at the counter and pick up at the counter and find a place to sit and eat. Service was alright. Nice cashier and the sushi chefs definitely were working at creating yummy rolls however when you pay they ask for the tip prior to receiving food etc. Drinks are pick a bottle in the fridge with small selection. Hard to give five stars when if they treat it as fast food ambiance and made some small tweaks like serving water and drinks with refills it could feel even deferent. Just a different business model.

Dear Sushi made the ‘Where to eat sushi in Nashville” list on Eater so I had to try it. Since I had read it is quick service in a very small strip mall place I thought it might be lower priced. It was fairly comparable with many local places but the portions are bigger.Everything was really good. Not skimpy with the fish and not to heavy on the rice or sauces. The place is very clean and the staff friendly. We had the ell roll, spicy tuna, shrimp tempura salmon nigiri this very full tray was all of that. Went with my teenage son still had leftovers. It’s in a really weird spot in Donelson but worth the trip.Parking: Plenty of parking for lunch on a weekday.

A beautiful and seriously delicious meal! I ordered more than I thought I could eat. It was so good I finished it! STUFFEDKing Dragon Roll (right), Crab Shrimp Spring Roll (left), Shrimp Dumpling (no picture, I was starved)The staff was very friendly and kind.The space is very clean, tidy, and well lit.

Any chance I can get to visit a customer’s location is a great day. I love this place, amazing sushi in a casual setting. White Dragon roll and the Fire Cracker roll. Outstanding! #chefsdeal
