Del Quixote - Reservar uma mesa

After the break in Thale for lunch, the first evening in Quedlinburg was a little more culinary. A walk through the picturesque medieval old town led us to Mom's Burger. A shop that supposedly bakes its bread rolls and places regional meat from a farm from the area. Although we were good at opening hours, we had no luck. Due to the quiet evening the grill was already switched off in Burger-Bistro. ****! The funeral had to be postponed. Then just a few steps further to the Lüdde brewhouse, which was placed even more at TA. But the bear danced. After all, all the hard-working operators and the air that was distorted by the blissful hectic and the fall ignored us, we also left this Quedlinburgi...

we had reserved a table in advance online (to) and no longer received any response and reached 30 minutes before opening times in the restaurant. yet we were allowed to sit a table and were friendly with a menu and a crumb. there were several vegan options, also one on the tageskarte. the tapas plate I had was versatile and very tasty. am aioli before and at dessert, however, I had to suspend as there were no vegan options. the fresh broth tasted but also pure fantastic (also the baby we come back to juni at our nchst resin visit!

By far not the best vegan tapas we had so far, but the plate was a wide selection of stews/salad/olives/potato/pimientos de padrón/veggies/... The Andalusian a pot dish was okay, but not so delicious. Very nice to have an option here. The location at the farm is beautiful. You can even sit around the well. Wouldn't be (back) special, but nice to have this option if you're around.

very cozy atmosphäse and very friendly service. the ordering process is very simple, on the map is characterized that the vegetarian valet is also vegan available. So it's all great!

Very rustic and cozy ambience. Easy to use. Eating like in Spain. Tapas plentiful for 2 as main dish. Reserves are advantageous.
