I had never had such a bad experience picking up food from a restaurant. I placed an online order to pick up, which was supposed to be ready at 3:30. I got to the business at 4PM and the order was not ready. Not only that, but the service was awful. No one would talk to me or give me any reasoning behind why the order was not ready, or how they could solve it. I asked the manager if he could give me a refund given I could not wait for the order to be prepared, as I was coming from the vet and had a sick cat in the car. He barely looked at me and said we don't do refunds and walked away. Again, no solution for my order. I eventually left because I could not wait any longer.I called an hour la...

this place had previously delicious food and I never had a problem with service. that was years ago. I ordered at doordash. my whoher waited an hour in this restaurant and they gave her a bad attitude. ends my order. Serious customer service, takes forever, I can't even tell them if eating is good or not because they lost my business with their bad setting slow service!

I have fried red snapper it was delicious! eating was not so fabulous. steak was hard cooked. waiter was young and slow. the atmosphere was rocky and really sweet. it doesn't look like much from the outside, but it has a good menu. good prices. big teller. I will be coming back

I wish I could give this place —5 eating is not so good,Not recommended,Service bad, too bad, they prepare customers as we go to ask for free to eat. Now,If you want to eat some Colombian food, I recommend el bodegon real and freshly cooked every day
