Delme At Hitchin Priory

No staff on reception. No staff in the restaurant on entry and even during the meal the only waitress there kept on going away. We were the only people there so I have no idea why. Most beers were out of stock and the only one was a tasteless Swedish brew. The wines we had (both Spanish) were cheap but not good quality. Two of us had chicken and I think half a salt pot had been thrown at them. The final bill was incorrect which was altered. Wanting to leave I didn't bother mentioning that a wine was charged incorrectly, so I just payed.

I didn't want to say that a wee was charged wrong, so I just paid.
