We have dined in only once. We ate at the family side of the restaurant. We waited for 40 minutes before asking our server where our drinks were. She had forgotten and there were maybe 6-10 customers in the restaurant. While we waited three other tables just got up and left likely because they waited and got no service. I tried to order and my first two choices were not available. I finally settled for a chicken parmesan meal. What I got was a chicken breast with breading on it. It was absolutely terrible. My second experience was ordering Chinese food for pickup. This was far and away the worst Chinese food I have ever had. First the pricing was ridiculously high. We paid more than $110.00...

Wonderfu, perhaps EXCEPTIONAL meal on Bella Cuccina 's Patio. Our first time on the patio and it was beyond expectation. Food, more than we had hoped for and the setting is, actually, very nice. No water view, but with meals this good it is an easy forgivness. We were in the Family Dining category but did order from the Fine Dining Menue. My Manager (Wife of 52 years) had the Crab Cakes and salad, great. I opted for the Boneless Beef Ribb Saltimbocca: beyond a meal 'to die for, ' this is a reason to live! Stopped at this restaurant on our way to Toronto. I ordered the beef dip/au jus sandwich and my daughter order the chicken parmesan sandwich (not much taste to it). When I took my first bite of the sandwich it tasted off like the beef was bad. I eat my steak medium rare and I do enjoy beef tartare so it was not because the beef was not fully cooked. I took a few more bites and yes the beef was bad. I called the waitress over and explained to this to her. She took the remainder of my sandwich and went to the kitchen. She came back and told me the cook said that they cook the shaved beef to medium and then it cooks some more when the put in in the oven for the cheese to melt and that's how it...

Our overall experience at the restaurant was average. They were very busy and there were some errors with our food. My chicken Parmesan dish was lacking noodles and had too much sauce, while my wife did not enjoy her meal. However, some parts of the meal were good and the waitstaff tried to fix the issues we had. The drinks were great and the chicken Parmesan and vegetables with my wife's beef were tasty. Despite waiting for an hour for our food, we appreciate their efforts to provide good service and resolve the problems. My son recommended this place, as he had previous good meals there. But he was very disappointed this time, as were we. My wife and I had the Pesto Pescatore, which was really a mess. Everything but the pasta was overcooked the mussels were tiny and shrivelled, the calamari rubbery, the scallops mushy, the salmon shreds tasteless, etc. My son’s Chicken Marsala, I think it was, was tough. Something is very wrong with the cucina, because it was far from bella. Did the good chef leave, or what? And all this for close to $200!

We decided to try the new improved Chinese takeout at this location. I must say it’s worse than the first time Bella’s tried the Chinese Takeout. The sweet and sour chicken was like hockey pucks with hardly any chicken in them. The egg rolls were dry and tough. The rice had a pasty grease in it with chunks of bacon. No other veggies in it. Chop suey was made with noodles with a few peppers on top, no other veggies, No water chestnuts in anything. Where are the chow mein noodles?? I do not recommend Chinese. Beware.

The food and service were OK but not excellent. BUT I wanted Lasagna and I didn't want to sit in the sports bar. Rather than up-plating a piece of lasagna and charging more they declined. Apparently eating lasagna in the otherwise empty dining room spoils the ambiance. Not being served lasagna in the dining room spoils my chance of ever returning. Their rules are more important than customer service. Really good customer service means bending over backwards to give the customer what they want.

On our first visit to the restaurant, we waited an hour for a chicken club during lunch, but had to send it back immediately due to a bad smell. This occurred on a Monday. The following visit was for dinner, but our order arrived cold. We sent it back, but it took an hour to receive a replacement. The service was shocking and disrespectful. In September 2022, they catered our wedding at a cottage in Magnetawan. The food was delicious and they offered vegan options for our guests. However, they arrived an hour later than agreed upon without any compensation, causing a timing issue. Despite this mishap, they were apologetic and quickly got to work.

No idea why anyone would recommend this restaurant. Three active tables and still the food arrived cold and when sent back was not returned to the table reheated. Left after it became clear that we'd been abandoned. Yes, we paid. No, we will not take a third chance on the establishment.
