They’re open! There was a slight issue with her phone; it just kept ringing. I’m glad I decided to walk in. The dishes we tried had an amazing flavor. One piece of the brisket was mostly fat, but I was compensated with extra meat, which was a nice touch. The pulled pork was delicious and juicy. We tried both the original and sweet BBQ sauces, and both were excellent! The staff member was friendly and very helpful. The classic family dinner was reasonably priced. I recently enjoyed the best brisket I've had in years. It was incredibly tender and juicy—absolutely amazing. There was a bit of fat, but honestly, it just added to the flavor and made it even better. It had been quite a while since we visited the Pewaukee restaurant, and I'm really glad we chose to go today. I can be pretty particular about my meat; just ask my friends, I usually only eat out once a month! My pulled pork was tasty too, but the brisket really stole the show. It's pretty good under the new management! My main complaint is that prices are pretty high. I would imagine there's a ton of overhead that has smoked meat every day. I would suggest implementing a kind of customer loyalty program where the end game is a discount or free sandwich. Just a thought. Oh, and bring back the ice machine.

The new owner is incredibly friendly and truly cares about the customers. If you were turned off by the previous owner or management, I recommend giving this place another chance! They offer free meals for kids on Sundays and complimentary ice cream. The food is fantastic! Reserve uma mesa agora
