Die Hardtmuhle - Reservar uma mesa

Wir waren zu einer Feier eingeladen. Das Menu bestand aus einer Rinderkraftbrühe mit Einlage. Die Suppe wurde lauwarm geliefert, mit einem starken Geruch nach Liebstöckel (wie eine Instant-Suppe), sowie gummiartigen Klößchen und Eierstich (nicht selbst gemacht). Der Eierstich schmeckte leicht säuerlich. Anschließend gab es Spargel (der war in Ordnung) mit Sauce Hollandaise und Schweinmedaillons. Die Soße machte einen sehr fettigen Eindruck und schmeckte nicht. Sie wirkte wie eine Tüten Sauce Hollandaise schlechter Qualität. Die Soße wurde gleich über den Spargel gegeben, so daß keine Möglichkeit bestand, selber zu dosieren. Die Schweinemedaillons waren trocken gebraten und dadurch etwas zäh....

idyllic location, the street running in front of the hotel hardly disturbs. you are in 20min in the national park or at the edersee, after bad wildungen it is even shorter. the rooms are clean, spacious, the mattresses good. the price-performance ratio is top. dogs are welcome and do not represent a problem. the hotel restaurant is good, primarily the wild dishes. we would come back anytime!

the ladies of the service were totally in stress, obviously understated. yet they have done a very good and friendly service! the cake was great. many thanks! service: 5 location: 5

food, service. easy class. the opposite is already a recovery itself, in the hardtmühle it is perfectly rounded. rooms: 4 service: 5 location: 5
