Nice vegan hotel along the Mosel. Good beds, clean bathroom. Breakfast with a lot of choice: several types of vegan cheese and mock meat, plant drinks and yoghurts, muesli and corn flakes, nuts and seeds, bread spreads, jams, a lot of prepared food for breakfast, among which spring rolls, tomato-tofu, and so on (see pictures). We enjoyed during 5 evenings a wonderful 3 course vegan menu in a nice environment. The owner knows how to cook vegan, and as a classic trained chef, he is very good in making traditional dishes vegan. Friendly owners, even cultivated mushrooms, beautiful ambience and extremely good food! Everything is completely vegan and the cooking owner says, if necessary, interesting information about the menu, mushroom farming and cooking processes, so we could even learn something. Absolutely recommended and we would go back to dinner at any time.

Very nice furnishings. Stylistic meets rustic modern. The menu offers a mix of options, both for vegan beginners and for old-baked animal protection. Great service and very good staff. Updated by previous rating on 2023-05-18

In the wine room the menu had 7 courses. It was very tasty and creative. We like to come back
