Disastrous customer service! 1 hour 40 minutes after ordering, the food still hadn't been delivered. When we asked over the phone we were told that it was only 10 minutes over the usual delivery time of 90 minutes. The lady at the apartment has probably never heard of customer service. Such a statement is absolutely disgusting. Never order there again!

I can't say anything about the ambience as pick-up is only possible in Ebikon. The pizzas are always delicious, no matter how busy it is. The ingredients are high quality. Very friendly when you call, even when it's busy. TOP and keep it up.
