Diehl's - Reservar mesa

My great grandfather in law loved Diehl's back in the 80s (we left here in 1985) and only my oldest had ever gone, so I took my youngest and his wife. I was pretty disgusted. It was old and dirty inside, in the bathroom they used a bolt to turn the hot water on, bathroom was very dirty. Now for the food, DIL ordered the Wagyu steak. It was like dried out flat hamburger, she didn't eat it. The salads were good. The spaghetti was good. Son ordered the hot roast beef sandwich and it didn't say anything about being on mashed potatoes and gravy poured all over it. Four people nearly $150 and not even worth $50. Our waitress was very sweet. Never again, a great memory just wiped out.

What a great place. Food is amazing! Everyone at our table ordered something different and everyone enjoyed their food and samples from others. Not a bad item in the bunch. It was really impossible to say what item was a favorite as they all were so good. Service was just as amazing as the food. All the staff seem to enjoy working there and cared for their customers like family. The only negative is that we were only one town as a stop and will be moving on in the morning. Despite being several hundreds of miles from home we will make the trip back! The food is delicious. Home made down home food. The service is great. All the staff that we dealt with we extremely friendly and helpful. It almost felt like you were sitting done for dinner at a restaurant in Mayberry... Lol... Very nice place to eat Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My girlfriend and I went there today and was seated waiting there almost 30 minutes. No waitress ever came and they were seating other customers all around us and serving them . We will never be back to this business again. Guess we were not important to them.
