Diehl's - Reservar mesa

I had heard a lot about Diehl, so my expectations were quite high. Fortunately, the food exceeded those expectations. I ordered the baked steak with sage, green beans, and rolls, along with a salad and chocolate cake. Everything tasted homemade, with the chocolate cake being particularly rich and fresh. However, the green beans were a bit lacking in flavor. The high-quality butter served with the homemade rolls complemented the meal nicely, and there was plenty of gravy with the baked steak. What a great place. Food is amazing! Everyone at our table ordered something different and everyone enjoyed their food and samples from others. Not a bad item in the bunch. It was really impossible to say what item was a favorite as they all were so good. Service was just as amazing as the food. All the staff seem to enjoy working there and cared for their customers like family. The only negative is that we were only one town as a stop and will be moving on in the morning. Despite being several hundreds of miles from home we will make the trip back! The walls are adorned with a rich history! The food and service are excellent. I tried the chicken liver dinner special, which is only offered on Saturdays, and it was fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly.
