Dinghy Dock Pub - Reservar uma mesa

First of all, their location is probably one of the top 3 pub locations in Canada. We rented kayaks from Jeff's Kayak Rentals on Newcastle Island and after 3 hours of paddling around we came here for a drink and a bite. From there, this place only gets better. Prices are very fair considering where it is and the food is spectacular. The wings were light and flavorful and the tacos were delicious. My mother took me here many times as a child and let me tell you, as an adult this place is even better. They have live music and trivia nights along with super attentive staff. A local told us about the Dinghy Dock Pub and we are glad they did. It costs $10 round trip per person to get there and back on the ferry for the restaurant and it’s worth it. The day we were there the ferry ran every hour, 10 after the hour it would leave the shore out to the restaurant and back to the shore at the hour. The food was really good, it’s bar style food but was better than your average bar. I recommend the pork dumplings and the poutine.

the dinghy dock pub is such a great place! the staff is super friendly and the food was delicious. they even had some possibilities for vegetarians like us! the restaurant is surrounded by the beautiful ozean and they must take a cute ferry to get there so that this was the most unique pub I was!

an absolute must try when they are in the nanaimo area, I encourage them to take the protection island ferry and try to pub and eat at dinghy dock! more amazing place to visit great atmosphere, mood and amazing sunsets are just some of the great attractions here.

Perfect vacation mode pub! Friendly staff, good food and drinks. Short ferry ride from nanaimo harbor to get there. Keep cash to pay for the ferry ride
