Dixie Chili. - Reservar uma mesa

Horrible service here… 2 people walked out because they waited so long for their order to be taken. We waited over 10 minutes for our order to be taken. There was an older blonde lady working the register who made us wait so she could fill the already half full onion bins without saying one word to us. The gentleman ordering behind us asked for no cheese when he saw that lady putting cheese on his order he politely reminded her and she said “Sorry I already put cheese on it”. Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT EAT HERE! Newport and Covington locations are much better, or there’s a Skyline right down the street.

Ordered a chef salad got home the lettuce was wilted the cheese was dried up clearly is at least three or four days old. Drove all the way back to the store ask for a refund and was denied all they did was make a different salad wasted gas and time. Service is not the same anymore no one cares.

Mark and the staff made a local Erlanger man his 62nd.birthday very special on Feb.11,2022 for about 15 of his friends.DC is my favorite chili always since 1960's. I am a lifelong KY. resident and DC foodie.Thank you Rick Bingham

this salat looks like he's been sitting in the window since the last week. is that what they serve their customers?! absolutely ridiculous? I will never eat again at this place!

my favourite place to go after a long working day. the atmosphere at the aura is simply soothing a relaxing one. you can't go wrong here.
