I placed my order 2.49am and was told that my food would be here at 3.45am. I called the restaurant at 3.55am and was told the driver was on the way. I called again 10 minutes and was told the driver was 2/3mins away. I then called again at 4.15am and was told the driver came and called me and I wasn't there when I was watching out my window the entire time waiting for the delivery. I did not receive one phone call and when I asked them to confirm the number the driver called they could not even tell me instead they made excuses and lied and said I did not answer. Why else would I be awake at this time calling a food company? The restaurant spoke to me like I was an incompetent fool and told...
I am incredulous at how this restaurant is allowed to serve food to customers. Our order was delivered more than an hour late, and despite the person on the phone confirming our order for a cheese and tomato pizza with pineapple, we received a Hawaiian pizza instead. When I called to request the correct order, they dismissed my concerns and hung up on me twice, accusing me of being mistaken despite multiple witnesses hearing our order being repeated. I am shocked and disgusted that such a poorly run business can exist in today's world with no regard for customer satisfaction. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this disgraceful establishment based on my experience and other negative reviews....
STAY AWAY DISGUSTING. The most disgusting experience I have ever had ordering takeaway it took them 2 hours to deliver cold soggy and disgusting the chicken was burned to black you can taste the charcoal chips drenched in oil see it in the photographs bellow no words to describe it called the restaurant after waiting more then an hour and 20 minutes they said it was on the way waited another 20 minutes finally arrived I would not feed this to my dog I felt sick eating it my family would not touch it 23.49 I should have gone for Domino's STAY AWAY STAY AWAY PLEASE STAY AWAY THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN FOR GOOD
i had to wait for my food over hour and a half and called them they said 10mins and it took them another 30mins to deliver when the food arrived it was very cold and soggy not eatable and my food box was open and chips was scattered all over, i called back for a refund the guy goes he doesnt know how to do it to call my bank and get refund like that, its not about the money its all about presentation, i am a buisness owner myself and this is my worst experience ever,i would not even rate this place Reserve uma mesa agora
Myself, my partner, and my brother ordered a few burgers and wraps with chips at this restaurant. The food took two and a half hours to arrive, and when it finally did, the manager only offered us a £1.50 discount. We were not happy with this offer and instead offered to pay only half of the original price, which was £11. This was not good business practice in our opinion.
discussing food hairs and raw chicken...many of times I have been giving dixy the time money...not ever again...health and safety will be called...poor management aswell on the phone...airing me to music or beeps from a car...dont ever order from this so called...fancoollo restaurant...many of times gave the chance now enough is enough!!!!!
