Dixy Chicken - Reservar uma mesa

The food and service from Dixy Chicken was just shocking. I made a delivery order at 6pm it arrived at 7.50pm. Almost 2 hours for some cold chicken is just shocking. In fact The only thing hot about my order was the fries. And after waiting over a hour with no delivery it took me to call the restaurant to be informed about my order and to be told they only had 1 driver so I would have to wait for my order. I asked if it would still be hot on arrival, they informed me it would. Unfortunately this was definitely not the case. After I received my COLD/LATE order I complained only to get more disgusting customer service from the restaurant manager, who called me a liar and said the food was hot....

Ordered Lemon Herb chicken, couldn't tell if had any flavour as the chicken was burnt. Delivery driver was miserable, think delivering was an inconvenience to him!

We have regularly bought food from Dixy Chicken at there various locations around the West Midlands and find there food consistent and the service reliable.

Best place to eat chicken, nice staff and very good service. Fries and chicken fresh and very good location in a high street.
