I really enjoy visiting Dobrá in this location. There is an excellent balance of different types of seating available, so it is equally comfortable to come alone or as a bigger group. The cashew cheesecake option is always divine, and the Lavender cookie is enormous and flavorful. The menu is very approachable despite containing so much information, and you can order at the counter at your leisure, so no worrying if it takes a while to look everything over. The atmosphere is generally somewhat quieter, so it's a great spot to get some work done as well.

The customer service was horrible. The lady had no interest in helping or taking my order. She just stood there. I had to ask to be waited on. No selection was offered other than what was posted. No helpful suggestions. I ordered a strawberry bubble tea to go. It might have well been watered down strawberry milk with minimal sweetness and bland rubbery balls that added nothing. I don't plan on returning to this location.

Cool atmosphere with a great list of teas and knowledgeable staff on suggestions if you don't know what you want. Pleasant experience.Vegetarian options: Vegan cheese plate, tempeh sandwhiches, etc. Good options.

The tea was okay. Our food took an hour, Not expectable. Not sure if the cooks were on their lunch breaks. I’m a cook and was embarrassed for your establishment. I do not recommend this place.
