So my wife and I arrived in Bernkastel Kues in 2021. From the relative loneliness and tranquility of the previous stages and the path itself the castle Landshut went to the blessed place on the Moselle next to Traben Trabach and Cochem. We checked our hotel and then turned to Bernkastel. For the evening it was necessary to find a return. At some point we were in front of an old building. · Charming and authentic furnishings in a good location. Friendly staff. The parking spaces are located on the river. Minimum walk. Great breakfast, and this city was the most beautiful of all Mosel and Rhineland cities we visited, including Cochem and Bacharach and Beilstein (beautiful, but tiny), when you try to decide your base. Stunning city and perfect hotel!

This restaurant offers high-quality and seasonal dishes. We were a large group (with reservation) and we were very well received and advised when ordering our foods. The staff was friendly and correct and the food was excellent. I recommend this restaurant if you want to visit Bernkastel!

Doctor winestuben is a lovely restaurant with dining indoors and when the weather allows also outdoors in a cozy courtyard. Competent waiters who can guide you in choosing wines in a friendly and welcoming way. If you want to eat well, this is it!
