My Mum I booked dinner on one of the nights we stayed at this beautiful hotel and boy did the restaurant live up to their expectations! I went for their Delice Menu (set menu) and was very pleased with every single course including the...few extra courses added. The food is very well presented and the best produce used. Their chef certainly knows his stuff as everything even to the tiny sauces where perfect. So many flavours and great combinations. Meats and fish cook perfectly to taste too. The portion sizes are just right but make sure you give yourself a good couple or so hours to really enjoy the food and views. To be honest, we were worried to come back here after all the changes from the original domaine of the avenieres restaurant. but it was wonderful! my man, a friend, and our two children (11 and 16) really liked us, some of us loved our eating. it is comfortable enough to take the children and not feel unwilling at all, but fantasies enough to feel like a real tasty. price arent cheap (approx. 45/Menu, children's menu 19 but eating was worth it! the mozzarella salad with local, fresh ingredients was exceptional, as well as the duck! service was professional, not snobby. they even tracked our number in our reservation to let us know that they found my friends sunglasses that they left there. f...

We were offered to eat inside but insisted to eat outside since the view is breathtaking and the dining room feels quite stuffy and impressive (as opposed to cosy). Food is gastronomy style: very sophisiticated and tiny portions. Do not choose this place if you're...after simple food in generous portions, this is a degustation restaurant. Went there on a recommendation from a friend I was visiting in Geneva and it was really an amazing place. The Chateau is very pittoresque and looks like from a movie. Went there for dinner with my wife and we took a set menu. All...dishes were very tasty and well presented. Service was good too. Impressive cheese platter with many local mountain cheeses. I will definitely go back there.

we had a nice family dinner there while we stayed in the château des avenières. we tasted amazing dishes (maintained the “Menu” that gave us the opportunity to taste many options from the menu), incredible weeping, delicious gloomy, in a beautiful château environment. we will definitely come back!
