Domino's - Reservar uma mesa

Last night, I ordered food online with a promised delivery time of minutes. However, after minutes passed, the online tracker showed that the order had been delivered. I called the restaurant and was told to wait for minutes before the call was abruptly cut off. Eventually, the delivery truck arrived with two passengers who dropped the food on the floor. The food was cold, so we refused to accept it. The driver seemed indifferent and unhelpful. I spoke to the manager, who was rude, uninterested, and too busy to address my concerns. I requested a refund, but was told it would take several working days. When I asked for a cash refund, I was informed that it was not possible. I decided to order...

This is the worst restaurant I have ever ordered from. Every time I order online, something goes wrong, from receiving cold food to waiting an hour for my order. The staff and management are incredibly rude. This last time I ordered online, they claimed they attempted to deliver my food but I never received a call or heard a knock at the door. This is clearly a lie and shows that they need new management.

We were late into Crawley on a Thursday night and this was one of the few places open . It boasted something about the fastest pizza made but be assured I could have got a flight to Italy and returned in the time it took...to get our food ..A little exaggerated but so very disappointed to have to wait so long late at night here..will not do it again...oh and the food was all a bit soggy and not great

I ordered hot wings but they arrived cold. When I called to ask for a replacement, I was treated rudely and then put on hold. Eventually, they agreed to deliver fresh wings. However, when I tried to call back, my number was blocked. This restaurant has disorganized staff, poor customer service, and needs to hire new employees.

absolute poooor customer service would not recommend bad food quality also the pizza look like they had been beaten, not a pleasure to look at
