Store#4857: It was raining out, no mats were on the floor, and the floor was wet. I slipped and fell, landed on my right knee and hurt my left wrist. The associate saw me fall and didn’t say anything. When I got to the counter he asked me the name for the order, ignoring the fact that he just saw me fall. I got my order and then told him the floor was wet and should probably be mopped as I just fell and hurt my wrist and knee. His response, “oh, ok.” There were several other people working and no one said anything about the situation. Pizza clearly was not cooked. When I returned inside the employee said it was cooked I showed him the raw dough...he stated it was cooked. I went out to my vehicle to get my phone to take a picture and he moved my pizza from counter to over the plexiglass and out of the way. I reached over and got the pizza that I had paid for and he told me that I was not allowed to touch it and he was making me another pizza and it would turn out the same way and I would never be allowed back in his store. He didn't need to assert that because I never will be returning to his store.I took my uncooked pizza and left. Totally unprofessional way to handle a customer having an issue with how food was prepared.

I bought 8 pizzas on the app and they were all burned. I complained but was told it was the ovens fault. I asked them to remake them and they refused. I had to take them because I had prepaid on the app. The next day, the owner tried to saynit never happened.

Received BURNED pizza and manager refused to fix what happened. Then he threatened to sue me for slander if I told anyone about the poor food and service!
