I ordered several times here. there were times when they forgot to get something I ordered, and I called, but they never came back and I never got my money back. I only order on the app because I don't have a car to go into the load. I think the app is better. the more they order, the more points they get and when they get 60 pts they give them a free pizza. it is free when they go to the load, but for the delivery it is only 4 dollars because of the delivery fee. I also had to download the app because the online site was kept running. they have to fix it. another thing, (then I am finished haha) I ordered 2 pizzas and a free one of my points (what does it 3) and it came up to 21 dollars, th...
Should have give this review a long time ago . And it's sad that this dominoes location is vlose to my house , thats my 4th time ordering in that place and 4 out of 4 my pizza is never ready , they cancel or they're just rude and don't care about giving service , seriously who is the owner at that place ?? That location needs new management a year ago , now it's just way beyond that . If you're the owner and reading this , youre ruining the dominoes name .
I ordered 2 pizzas and bread twists 8:51 PM and when I reached at the shop 9:30 PM my pizza was not even made yet and everyone else around me in the shop was waiting for their order over an hour. I had to cancel my order because I have a baby in the car and I cannot wait over an hour for my order. Poor customer service as well. I will not be coming back to this location ever again. Also, the shop needs to be clean and tidy, the employees are disorganized.
