If I could give zero stars I would. This was not the first time they mess up an order or told me they just forgot something. My last order was for delivery and we waited over 2 hours for a delivery because they forgot our order and it was missed. The food shows up cold, mixed with other food piece like lettuce in you Alfredo pasta! Today we ordered carry out since our last experience was awful with the delivery service and it was still incorrect and it was by far the worst but it will be the last experience with Dominos. I ordered over the app and received the notification that the pizza is ready. When I came in, he asked my name and asked about the pizza, he said it wasn't ready. I waited for 15/20mins, went back to check and then he doesn't say ready again. then I ask another (other) – and then he finds my pizza and says it's finished a long time ago. frustrating service to say the least.
the workers are cool and not, but they don't know what they are doing. the order that I have put for my pizza that didn't come out as I expected. tested like dry cardboard with a little cheese on the top. they have not put enough toppings or sauce on the pizza and they have my pizza wrong. I never ordered from this place twice. I learned my lection for the second time.
I tried to order pizza for my family. the person I spoke to said that their system did not take gift cards for the last two weeks. but this person said they just found out today. according to my opinion, dominos franchise does not have any customer knowledge, what ever. if I could give a zero rating, I would!
