Domino's Pizza - Reservar mesa

The owner and management of this location should be ashamed. My experience last night was the most embarrassing and deplorable one I’ve ever had at a fast food pizza chain....actually, the worst experience I’ve ever had at any food establishment. When I arrived to the store, there were four people “working” behind the counter. There was one couple in front of me placing an order which took ten minutes. Finally someone acknowledged me, asked my name and then said outloud “well, it’s about time!” Shocked at what I heard, considering I arrived 30 minutes after the pizza tracker marked my order as complete, I pretended I didn’t hear what she just said. Ha... We ordered a pizza and cheese bread at 6:08pm on 3/5. After an hour we called to check the delivery status knowing they could be busy... No answer. We called about 15-20 times over the next two hours and now answer. Sometimes it would continue to ring, sometimes it would ring 3 times and hang up. Then we get a notification that the driver left the store with our delivery at 9:16. It's now 9:49 as I'm writing this and we still haven't received anything. Now of course they charge our credit card for the full amount. I will be visiting this store tomorrow and I will be speaking with corporate on Monday. This is absolutely ridiculous!

took a $25 gift card for my phone order to pay on haggerty north of 15 miles. they couldn't make it work. the manager with me could take care of, less hire told me that I was on the back of the card and pay for the order. that I have. there is no company. I called the load and after a very long wait they gave me the . I spent a lot of time online. there are no people of companies that will answer. her last answer was try again and use another format. I will, another pizza shop except domino 's!!!!

Finally a manager that knows what he's doing! Over the last few weeks the food and service here has become amazing. (Although, they are still severely understaffed. Sometimes at night they don't have a driver- thats fine, the marsh is gorgeous and just up the road. Domino's and a sunset ? The food smells, looks, and tastes better!! AND sn the GM is seems to be a great guy. He's hilarious and just creates the perfect atmosphere. Great job! Reserve uma mesa agora

we arranged for a late night pizza for the high time of our daughter and talked twice with a representative at this place. When I found out why it had not yet come, they said that they left a message and said that we were 1 mile out of the area – what they knew when we had hired them and said they wouldn't bring them. Get away from the domino!

unprofessional employee was vaping around the food and our order. Made us super uncomfortable and it was completely unacceptable!! I definitely won't be returning here. There is a much better location on Benstein rd. with much more professional service. I would've given this 0 stars if possible

the workers are so rude! I asked if they had any special areas for their pizza and he told me to look online and give him a call! I am on the phone with them, why should I check online for the specials? very bad customer service. never order again from here

The new management and staff are really on point, the food was well made and they were polite and courteous. Still light on staff but night and day compared to the old ownership. Give these guys another shot. Reserve uma mesa agora

This is literally how my pizza looked when I opened the box. On top of that was cold and in top of that I've called the restaurant for last 30 minutes and no one has answered. #dobetter

The pizza was excellent, and the staff couldn't have been more pleasant. Five stars! I’ll definitely be returning for more pizza!
