This dominoes is horrible from top to bottom. In july they literally ruined my daughter's birthday party. I ordered 16 pies for her party on line then called and told them that I will pick them up when they call me. I left my number.. I don?t know why multiple times I have set my self up for this.. I placed my order at 939pm and was told it would be a 29-39 minute delivery time. At 1101 when I placed a call I was told they would remake my order to ensure when I received my pizza itwasn?t cold? lie!!! Pizza clearly wasn?t remade as I received cold pizza at 1129pm! Again this ain?t the first time this hashappen so I should have known better. I called the store again to express the issue and was told I could bring the pizza back toget a refund? really.., at 1135 at night!
My experience at Domino's Pizza on Tara boulevard in Jonesboro Georgia was great the first time I think it all depends on who's preparing the food which was an African-American guy, but the second time that I went which was recently I was not satisfied atall, after paying for my pizza I got in my car and started driving open the pizza box and proceeded to eat a slice when it wasnot hot but lukewarm cheesy and very dry so I don't think I'll be going to that Domino's anymore in my opinion
Ordered my pizza at 5:00 pm. By 6:15 pm it was canceled. I work from home so I was busy on the phone till 7:30. I called to see why? I waited 20 minutes on hold. The operator said hello and put me back on hold. At the hour mark I got hung up on wajted overanother hour. No answer.
