Domino's Pizza - Reservar uma mesa

I know it's not the gourmet pizza you can get, but Dominos in Oakwood will always have my business! Last week we ordered our typical cheese pizza... We have never had a problem with Dominos before, they are always fast, fair, and our order is always right. But last week when I got my pizza, it was cold and the whole cheese came out of the pizza and into the box. We are usually not the type to write a complaint, but this prego mom was really looking forward to this cheese pizza. So I sent a complaint, including an image, to the company office. Within 15 minutes I had an answer that they would forward my email to the manager of local dominos. Within 24 hours, I had an answer from the Domino Oa...

Wow! What can I say? This has to be the most welcoming and respectful place I’ve ever visited. I walked in expecting just a typical Domino's experience, but I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and outstanding customer service! Brendon really stood out; he and the team truly deserve recognition for their hard work! The store was spotless, and the pizza was delicious. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. You went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate it!

This was my first order from the new Domino's. I placed my order online and arrived a bit early, so I decided to wait inside. The atmosphere was pleasant as I watched the staff prepare pizzas and other orders. I was pleasantly surprised when an employee came out to hand me my pizza. The service was really quick. The pizza tasted great, but it had a bit too much sauce for my liking. Overall, though, it was a very good pizza experience.

Beom makes incredible pizza—he deserves to be celebrated! The food is fantastic, and the delivery is top-notch. He even checks in on my dogs, which is a nice touch. Beom Sup truly feels like a lifesaver in the restaurant industry. I give it a perfect 10/10!
