Domino's Pizza - Reservar uma mesa

I have tried many delicious pizzas from other Domino's in the area, but I had a terrible experience at the Cambridge Street location. Firstly, I had to wait over an hour for my order, so the pizza arrived lukewarm. Additionally, one of the pizzas was not even cooked properly. When I contacted the manager, I received no apology or concern, and he was very dismissive. He refused to refund my order but offered to make a new pizza, which would have taken another hour. When I mentioned contacting their head office, he refused to give me his name and abruptly ended the call with a dismissive response. Delivery driver arrived at our house with no pizzas. He couldnt understand english so didnt understand when I asked what he was going to do. He then had a breakdown as he couldnt find the next delivery and left. I called the branch who said they messed up the order and would resend. I said it was too late as I had two hungry tired and dissapointed kids and wanted a refund. The manager was rude and refused a refund for 5 mins until he eventually said he would. 20 mins later the food arrived at my door after i had gone and made another dinner and said we wouldnt get a refund and left. Needless to say this is outrageous behaviour and I am disgusted as a customer. I will never be using dominoes...

This Domino's location should be closed. It took over 2 hours for the food to be delivered, and when it did arrive, the wrong pizza was delivered. After waiting another 2 hours for the correct pizza, it arrived with toppings missing. The delivery drivers should not interact with customers. Overall, a terrible experience at this Domino's branch.

We waited 2 hours for our delivery, only to receive the wrong order and cold food. It wasn't worth calling to have it corrected, as it would likely take another 2 hours. I even went to the store after 1.5 hours, but it was a waste of time. I will not be ordering from Domino's again due to their poor quality checks.
