When I contacted the restaurant, the manager was defensive and showed no remorse. I asked why the driver only inquired about my drink order thirty minutes after leaving, and then he abruptly hung up on me. I called back, and he admitted to hanging up and pretended not to understand why I was puzzled about the drink situation. After threatening to escalate the issue to his management, the call was suspended. He later called back to inform me that they were out of my drink, but I still wanted my pizza! If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the worst Domino's experience I've ever had. The staff was extremely rude, canceling our order without any notification. When we inquired about it, the server simply said, "Oh, I'm going to say no," and claimed it was a double order, which was untrue. There were no double orders at all! The server came to the door and provided this explanation without even asking for our name to confirm the order. You can tell this was a complete mess. Save your time and money and stay away from this place!

This dominos provided the worst service I have ever experienced. The store was open until 10 pm but doors were locked at 9 pm. Staff member was very rude and told us our order was cancelled because we ordered twice. He did not ask the name or the order and was one of the most rudest staff member I have ever encountered. I will never go to this location ever again and they should definetely reconsider the staff they employ.
