Domino's Pizza Hesingue

Valentine's weekend. order at 19h24, without news, first call at 20h15. The very nice and pro dealer on the phone tells me the delivery is on the way. 8:35 Still no one, I decide to call. There were two clients before us. the person responsible for the delivery arrived shortly afterwards. So yes, pizza was no longer very hot, even hot. but given the current context, the weekend time is worthless, it is understandable. Thank you for your service. Thanks to the team. You're brave!

We placed an order via the DOMINO’S website at 1:10 p.m. and we received it at 2:40 p.m.! That's an hour and a half of waiting, all to receive pizza and side dishes that are completely dry and cold! For an order over 40€ this is strictly unacceptable! Furthermore, no gesture was made to at least excuse this inconvenience! This is the first one we've ordered there and it will be the last! This restaurant is a disaster. They accept the order, then a little over an hour later, seeing nothing arrive, I call them: “ah no but we’re not going to deliver, we already have too many orders”. Great, don't warn us! So I ask for a refund: “normally you will be refunded at some point” I will skip over the 4 times where I was hung up on and the disastrous customer service. In short, run away!
