We dined here tonight and found the experience average for the price. The standout was the octopus entree. The octopus and pickled chilli combination was really tasty. We didn't feel the polenta added anything to the dish. For mains, we had the steak and chicken. The steak was a good portion size and tasty, but extremely chewy; our jaws really got a workout. The sauce was nice, but salty, and the carrot puree serving with the fish was quite scarce. The chicken dish also had a general portion of meat. The asparagus was tasty too. It was also salty. I absolutely adore this restaurant and I really should come here more frequently. I have visited twice and both times the service and food were fantastic. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, and dogs are allowed in the outdoor area. The customers who frequent this establishment are also very pleasant. I highly suggest this restaurant for a casual lunch or dinner, as well as for special occasions! Service: Dine-in

A low key local restaurant with great food and excellent service. We dine there every couple of months and it’s consistently good. Outdoor area is dog friendly, good wine listand the truffle fries!!! . The whole package. it’s simple, it’s quaint, it’s local, it’s good. 4 stars because I’m always hot when I come in here idk why I think it’s just me.
