Duchess Cookies Factory (not Open To The Public)

Terrible buisness. terrible customer service. Terrible cookies. Save your money. We bought the cookies at the Roosevelt Field mall location. I bough six to take home and spent close to $30. We were really disappointed with 5 out of the 6 cookies we bought.They all looked so good and I have been following on Social media for a long time. The cookie monster had a big air pocket in it, it was also very under baked. The galaxy was dry and over baked. the italian rainbow cookie was really really raw inside and the coating chocolate was flavorless, last but not least the triple chocolate only one chip in the entire cookie. We contacted customer service and it's been two weeks and no replacement as...

Duchess cookies in Oceanside NY is amazing. There cookies were so delicious we went back the next week and bought 7 more cookies. Our favorites are all the flavors with peanut butter, Oreo, chocolate chip. I could eat the peanut butter and jelly cookie ever day. Yummy
