Another great discovery on Grand Avenue. Dumpling Empire is a no frills restaurant that lets its food shine and take center stage. While its namesake is arguably the star of the show, the other players--fresh, crisp vegetable with deep sesame, garlic, and ginger flavors, shine just as bright. another great discovery on the grand avenue. dumping empire is not a frills restaurant that lets its food shine and lets the stage take along. while his name makers are probably the star of the show, the other players seem fresh, crispy sweet with deep sesame, garlic and ingwer aromen, just as bright. try the crispy lotus roots, fresh gurke w/ straw mushroom, garlic bok choy and green sliced pfancake.

Vegetarian dumplings are vegan and very tasty. This restaurant is very simple inside and food is served to you with paper plates. Vegan dishes weren’t very clearly marked so I stuck with the dumplings which the waiter said were vegan and got two orders. The dumplings were really good. My young son loved them, and they were filling. Updated from previous review on 2023-08-30

Good dumplings. The dough is not too thick. Good flavor and portions. The hot sauce is amazing. We tried the chicken Chinese spinach, pork Chinese spinach, shrimp green chives and spicy chicken wonton.

I’ve never had some of these dishes and they were so great. Green onion pancakes, potstickers, dumplings, pepper tofu, sweet bean pastries.
