ENTITLED RUDE TEENAGERS, NO STOCKED ITEMS I usually stop at this location for my morning/afternoon rush to work. Upon arriving at the drive through I clearly and concisely put in my order. To only have to repeat my order with annoyed tone of afemale associate. Arriving to the window. No Eye contact with a deameaning tone. She shoved the card and beverage back into myhand. The bag crumpled furthering her utter disgust. The donut received was incorrect. Without a doubt out of spite. Young AsianFemale with blond hair. Just to call her out. DD hiring entitled teenagers at locations with no positive work ethic. And a cleardislike of her job. As a fellow asian who has received Asian Hate in light...

I give this restaurant 5 stars and a special shoutout to an amazing person named Denise. I work as a tire technician at Cassidy Tire Service and stopped by for my morning coffee at 5 a.m today. I tried to use the drive-thru, but my company truck was too large. Instead of turning me away like many others would, Denise went above and beyond to provide great customer service. She unlocked the store doors for me so I could get my coffee, and she was incredibly helpful and kind. Thanks to Denise, I now have a hot cup of delicious coffee and some donuts to start my day off right. I am so grateful for her exceptional service, and she has truly made my day. Thank you again, Denise, you are amazing!

This restaurant provides excellent service. They are able to anticipate my order as soon as they hear my voice. The staff is friendly, efficient, and always get my order right. This is the best Dunkin' Donuts location I have ever been to.

I have been to this restaurant multiple times and consistently receive weak, watery iced coffees without any explanation. This particular location is disappointing; they need to improve their drink quality.
