Dunkin' - Reservar uma mesa

Service was friendly and fast... Unfortunately the product has gotten worse year over year. When I was young, Dunkin's whole ad campaign was about being made fresh, now they haul in frozen and microwave them... And it shows, as my bagel today was so tough,I thought I was chewing leather, not eating a bread product. Go to a local bakery, support small businesses and show bigcompanies that this is BS.

Sunday mornings are always crazy at Dunkin, and my order did take longer than usual to make, but I appreciated the service of the young man at the register this morning. I was appalled by the amount of rude customers him and other workers had to dealwith. He made sure to check on my order and thanked me for waiting. Whoever this guy is- he?s doing great!!

I told them twice to go easy on the ice. They literally filled 3/4 of my large cup with ice. Terrible
