Strap in because this is a long one. I live right around the corner from this dunkin and I frequent there because it's in walking distance. I never planned on making a review because I didn't think the place was that bad, sure the staff were poorly mannared and they prioritized their own pride over treating the customer with respect but my orders were mostly right. Today I came in and ordered a strawberry frosted with sprinkles and a chocolate frosted with sprinkles and a medium matcha latte. The lady who took the order put the donuts in the bag together frosting sides touching, then she tossed the bag onto the counter in front of me. Victoria made my latte PERFECTLY which never happens at other locations. Despite the insane volume of customers the crew worked really well together and my daughter and I were in and out. The dining room and bathroom was spotless

I had ordered Bagel minis and they were frozen on the inside and strawberry frosted donuts are advertised with rainbow sprinkles and always comes with chocolate sprinkles my son won't eat poor customer service

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been too do not come here I would just drive or walk to a different one cuz they can’t do anything correctly

Worst Dunkin ever it’s always something how I ask for regular milk an extra sugar and get no sugar but extra cream an extra milk is insane
