Dunkin' - Reservar uma mesa

I 've been coming here for over a year now to the point where they know my drink. As soon as I walked through the door they confirm my drink start making it and are very friendly for the most part. But there has been VERY FEW times where my icedcoffee has come out watery tasteless so I KINDLY ask them to fix it (redo it), and the lady would start catching an attitude starts complaining in her language in front of me out loud (because that 's what it seems like based on demeanor and tone whichis disrespectful not hard to tell). Customer service was subpar. Walked in and two employees were arguing about what seemed to be a quarter. They didn?t acknowledge my presence for a couple minutes. When they eventually did, they took my order in the most curt way possible. Needless to sayI?d be going to other Dunkin?s in the neighborhood next time.

It's real busy. They got order wrong. Took awhile to remake it. Staff lady was agitated and overwhelmed. She made order again. Location is clean. Its 24 hours. Good parking. So so. Plan ahead. Quick search online to find location.
