Dunkin' - Reservar uma mesa

I recently moved to the area and was excited to find a Dunkin' Donuts nearby. However, after two visits to this location, I will not be returning. On my first visit, the man at the window was extremely rude and impatient. The following day, I encountered the same poor customer service from the same employee. I have been a loyal Dunkin' Donuts customer for 15 years and always order the same thing. Despite this, the employee argued with me about my order and gave me a coffee with an excessive amount of cream. I have never experienced such disrespect at a Dunkin' Donuts before. I have decided to take my business to the Starbucks next door, where I am willing to pay a little extra for better tre...

If you?re just looking to get an iced coffee drink, this location is fine, but do not order food here. Everything that they claim is ?baked fresh everyday? is stale and likely a few days old at best. Was served the stalest and most pathetic everythingbagel (with all of the toppings scraped off) and driest egg I?ve ever seen and had the unfortunate experience of tasting, andthen argued with by the person answering the phone that it was baked fresh just hours earlier. I?ll be sure to skip thislocation in the future.

This morning, I decided to leave one Dunkin Donuts location due to rude staff and visited another location. Unfortunately, I encountered rude staff at this location as well. Dunkin Donuts should be more selective in choosing who they allow to run their franchises.

They need to improve on the fresh coffee. Although it has a good location (it's next to the I-355) so you can get off and get back on quickly ????. Easy in and out of the premises as well. Enjoy your coffee.

We ordered two bacon and cheddar omelette bites, but were mistakenly given spinach ones instead. It was a total disappointment when we bit into them expecting what we actually ordered.
