Dunkin' - Reservar uma mesa

My wife has been here before, but prefers the other Dunkin. We ordered on the app, but it took 10 minutes for us to get the two coffees that we ordered because the staff looks at us in the driv through, and then promptly turns away. . . Two staff, multiple times. We get down the road about 10 minutes and realized that the 6 cream that was the only thing ordered in the coffee was not there. I ran into a store and bought half and half. We then realize that the staff here doesn't know the difference between cream and sugar, as the coffees were two sweet to drink. I call to get a refund and get hung up on three times. I finally get somebody and they say they won't refund unless we drive all the...
