Came to this Dunkin ' donuts around 4:30 and I saw the sign for a $3 medium pumpkin cream cold brew. So I ordered that she told me my total was over $4 and I said the sign says it 's $3. She said yeah well we 're not doing that anymore. I said well the signsays you are? I was just surprised that she didn 't honor it and then maybe have someone go out there and take the sign out. Ihave worked at fast food places in the past and anytime there has been mistakes like that it 's usually just honored because thesign said it and it was the business 's fault for not taking the sign down. Also I 've never been greeted before the way I wasgreeted at the drive-thru which was , do you know what you want...

The drive thru wait is horrendous, waited literally an hour, gave up, parked and went up to the counter because it was just unbearable. When it's busy it's the worst place. The espresso machine is often broken and sometimes they get the order wrong. Donot recommend.

this is a larger dd in the amherst ma. has beautiful selection at seating places. pleasant staff, look like students. very simple parking and car traffic flow here.

these are the worst donuts in the world. Every time I go, the line is on the road. they would think that for so long to be in a college city.
