Dunkin' - Reservar uma mesa

This restaurant is the worst place to order from. I have ordered from them multiple times and only once did they get my order correct. They always forget items you order, and if you do receive any items, they are always wrong. For example, I ordered an iced coffee, a coffee roll, a chocolate croissant, a turkey sausage breakfast sandwich, and mini bagel bites, but all I received was the turkey sandwich and an old fashioned doughnut, which I never even ordered. Everything else was missing. This happens frequently. I highly recommend avoiding ordering from this store as they consistently get orders wrong.

The manager and the employee, Jake or whatever his name is, lack customer service skills and professionalism. I order the same drink every day and the young Spanish girls who usually work the afternoon shift never have any issues with it. Today my drink was disgusting and didn't have the flavors I requested. When I brought this up to Jake, he began screaming as the manager added the flavors. I simply asked for a refund because I no longer wish to patronize this establishment with such poor customer service.

I really enjoy this restaurant. It's a great place to get out of the house and get some work done. The staff is very friendly, especially James who always brightens my day with his contagious smile. Make sure to stop by for a drink and snack - you won't be disappointed, unless they happen to be out of the chocolate cream filled powdered donuts.

The restaurant was out of turkey sausage, so I switched it for an egg and cheese wrap with white cheddar. I had requested white cheddar to my doordasher, but I ended up receiving American cheese with my meal.

The tea I ordered was disappointing as it lacked any taste or flavor, tasting only like watered-down green tea. There was no hint of strawberry or any other flavors, making it a very bland experience.
