Dunkin' - Reservar uma mesa

This location really needs a revamp and lessons in customer service!!! Ordered a large and small hit coffee. Handed it out to me and as I 'm holding cups, I can tell they are not hot. I opened and sipped each. Small was cold. Lg was tempid. By this time they left the window, I tried to honk, no attention. I had to get out and knock on window. They come back, I tell them their cold. The guy looks at me and says no they 're not. I said I sipped them, they are not. He took them with attitude. When remade he comes back and says "here "No I 'm sorry about that, or a polite here you go, nope very rude about it. Please clean up the customer service at this location.Parking: Parking lot is bad

Everything always goes smoothly until the Indian lady sees me. Today she handed me my food and then started laughing and talking to where I didn’t understand. N gave me my coffee tasting like water with the whole thing filled with ice. I spend about $20 everyday. Ohhh and forgot my hash browns.

It’s always hit or miss here. Lately it’s been spot on if you’re in the drive thru, but not for walk in’s as their door buzzer doesn’t ring so they have no idea you’re in the lobby waiting.

The cashier was very friendly and very helpful. The ice cream and donuts you can't go wrong. An the inside of the place was modern like most Dunkin's.

Teenagers running the place with no manners. Absurd and rude customer service. These employees should be fired.
