Dunkin' - Reservar uma mesa

Awful service when it comes to mobile orders as if the staff isn’t trained properly or also if you step in after 4pm.Only frequent this place Because i have no other option for coffee before work and during breaks. Mobile orders are ALWAYS missing items, i order 2-3 times a day, maybe one of those orders is complete if I’m lucky. You have to stand there and maybe you’ll get some assistance from one of the zombies in the crew, maybe a cup of coffee would help them??? Besides 2-3 ppl there the crew is awful. Lazy and ignorant because i don’t know what else you could call it. I’m sure many many others can agree with my experience.

I ordered a lot of stuff and drink and employe was extremely rude when I spoke to manager she make funny faces and don’t feel like to resolve the issue 0/10 I wouldn’t suggest this dunkin to anyone also employe we’re too bussy talking to other employee in their own language

I decided to update from 4 to 5 stars because this Dunkin' donuts has been so consistent for many years now. Majority of the time you are quickly greeted and the service is fast and the drinks always come out precisely as ordered.

It was ok a pumpkin muffin no real pumpkin kind of flavored, a bit dry. Is that how it should be.

Maybe the employee's should drink more coffee .it might wake them up
