The uninformed drive-thru employee attempted to charge me extra for cold foam after I ordered a cold brew coffee with cold foam. When I pointed out the mistake, she responded rudely, saying she doesn't set the prices. Despite explaining that I order this coffee regularly, she continued to display a bad attitude, asking if my order was correct on the screen. The total price for a medium cold brew coffee came to nearly $8. After expressing my frustration with her demeanor, I left and went to the next Dunkin' location nearby. I love Dunkin! The staff is so friendly, they always get my order right, and the drive-thru is super fast!
