My simple order was messed up and they weren't even busy. I went to the restaurant for a French vanilla iced coffee after walking in +80° weather, hoping for a sweet, cold caffeine boost but was very disappointed. I ordered a large French vanilla iced coffee with extra French vanilla, cream, and sugar, and asked for light ice. Instead, I received a large coffee with half the cup filled with ice. When I mentioned the mistake, the employee took my cup and gave it back with light ice, but it seemed like she just dumped out the ice and added water. My order was messed up because the employee was distracted by her phone. I politely requested the cold foam that I had originally asked for, but instead received a dirty look and whipped cream on my coffee. I left the restaurant frustrated and tried not to make a scene. To make matters worse, the whipped cream started to curdle in my drink. I was so angry that I wanted to throw my drink at the employee. She definitely needs to be fired!

I ordered an ice cream cake online from Baskin Robbins at this store. The pick-up process was very convenient with a parking lot available. The staff quickly got the cake for me and I was able to leave promptly. I highly recommend ordering a cake online and picking it up from this location for special occasions like birthdays and holidays.
